I discovered later that the $3500 guitar was severely damaged. They didnt deny the experience occurred but for nine months the various people I communicated with put the responsibility for dealing with the damage on everyone other than themselves and finally said they would do nothing to compensate me for my loss. So I promised the last person to finally say no to compensation (Ms. Irlweg) that I would write and produce three songs about my experience with United Airlines and make videos for each to be viewed online by anyone in the world. The 737 is actually regarded as one of the best Boeing mid-size jets and the -800 and the -900 series are totally redesigned with luxurious interiors. Second, the way United 'retrofitted' their 767s doesn't include equipping them with the private in-seat LCDs. As I said, they are boring. Nice attempt to overturn my statement.

One of which created the problem, and none of them corrected the ...problem. All of them are part of the problem. 2. For me UAL's customer service now rates worse than Comcast. #fail #fail #fail

@izitunesvio First off, the 757 is still regarded as one of -the- best Narrow body aircraft ever to be produced, tough rugged, and long lasting like -everything- Boeing makes. And a lot better than a shitty Airbus. First of all i know for a fact all of United's 767 fleet has been retrofitted with all new interiors.. nice try though.

Yeah, I agree with the person who mentioned how creepy United airplanes are. Especially the 757s. Very old and simple. I flew on a 767 last winter to Hawaii and had expected to have some in-flight entertainment since it was a jumbo jet! Had to endure 7 hours looking through the window at the clouds. Completely boring. I regret not flying Delta. The fleet of Delta's 767s have all the built-in LCDs. By the way my favorite airline is KLM. The Dutch hospitality is unsurpassed. Excellent service

My worst flight ...
My worst flight experiences were all united airlines. Stranded over night because of a late for duty pilot who delayed over 100 people and I. and my luggage was also thrown and broken. Keep barking at the feet of this corporate machine!
