They include various outdoor and indoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, jamming with various music instruments (from abroad), environmental cleanup and awareness (picking up trash along rivers, creeks, highways), cycling, balloon tying, sewiing, learning about the brain and much more... For his relentless efforts Crazy Larry was awarded the 2007 Star of Alberta Award for volunteering and his high energy spirited ways from the Director of Board of Directors of the Wild Rose Foundation of Alberta (Alberta's Premier Grant Foundation) and the Minister of Culture and Community Spirit.
