Michael Crabtrees 2009 Rookie season. Three catches have been removed (two screens for losses and a short gain with a fumble) for song timing purposes. My personal opinion is that he had a very good year considering he had no minicamp, no training camp, reported 5 weeks into the season, and then started his very first game. He seems a bit out of control at times, but I think he will be a great player with a full training camp and NFL off-season under his belt. Some of you won't like the music choice. To bad. August 1713, 2009, a large number of talented athletes (35 in all) took part in a week-long training camp at the Commonwealth Place Pool in Victoria, BC., with exemplary conduct and hard work. Francis Gross (Head Coach), and assistant coaches Kevin Mitchell and Andrew Muir delivered thirteen 2½-hour aquatic practices and several video sessions, emphasizing team building and fitness toward the goal of obtaining a spot on one of Canadas future national teams. Commonwealth Pool in Saanich was a great venue. Staff and patrons alike enjoyed the high performance water polo show daily complete with sound system (thanks to Kor Gable, who also made this videos) our coaches had access to wireless mikes, a great necessity in pulling 35 athletes together. Our large numbers gave occasion to several camp mini tournaments; one incorporating a guest team from Chicago, Illinois (Video #3). This is footage from a workout done by the Running Across Borders Training Camp located in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. The workout was done at the Addis Ababa University, which was generous enough to allow this nonprofit organization to use their track free of charge. Running Across Borders is one of very few if not the only training camp in Ethiopia. The camp brings in athletes from underprivileged backgrounds to this camp and provides them with shelter, food, coaching, medical attention, and training in english. This camp also welcomes foreign athletes to live and train here.
