東京メトロ9000系の走行音です。この5次車は、2009年6月6日の南北線列車増発のダイヤ改正に合わせて登場した車両で、9122Fと9123Fの2編成が該当します。編成MT比が3M3Tに変更されたほか、外観のデザインが大きく変更されており、東京メトロ10000系をベースとしたタイプとなっています。また、ドアチャイムも10000系と同じ音色となり、扉開閉ランプも10123F以降と同様に取り付けられています。なお、車内液晶ディスプレイは真ん中付近にある1面のみで、10000系の登場当初に見られた窪みのある準備工事はなされていないようです。 東芝製のIGBT-VVVF制御を採用。4次車と音が異なります。
