I was lucky enough to go to the Harry Potter convention Infinitus in Orlando last July, with a friend. We went to the premiere of this magical musical and it was absolutely incredible. We admire the work, talent and art of the amazing Team StarKid. And we can't be more grateful to them. They give us smiles when we are "surrounded by darkness". And that's truly magical. Don't even know if you will read this, but thanks to every member of this huge team (cast, director, writers, composer, producers, designers, choreographers, etc.). Hey! Since A Very Potter Sequel is premiering this month, I thought I'd celebrate by posting a lyrics video of one of my favorite songs from AVPM. All rights go to StarKidPotter. :D Now, there are a few mistakes up there, and I'll explain why. The version you're listening to when you play my video is the soundtrack version, not the version you saw Joey and Lauren perform in AVPM. The difference? On stage singing, you're not going to be word perfect, so some of the words are different. And the lyrics StarKid posted were copied from the stage version, which part of which I used for this video. As a result, a few errors occured. I don't think they are a big deal and please don't take up comment space to complain about them. Also ~ When Ron and Draco are singing different parts at the same time, you will only see Draco's part up there. It was obviously pretty difficult to put both up at the same time, so I chose Draco's because some of his words were different. Ron's is just a repeat of the beginning verse. ^_^ Thanks for watching! ~Heather~
