Kenya at War: Al Shabaab Change of Tact

It is emerging that a change of tact by the Al-Shabaab militia is what has slowed down Kenya's operation Linda Nchi. This has in turn posed a challenge to the Kenyan forces, who are keen not to occasion heavy civilian casualties in combat activity.
