Sketching a Face- Basic Proportions
It's been a while since my last video. The reason was that I had to wait to get my new 9x12 Intuos to replace the old 4x5 Graphire I was using for the past videos. Anyway... So I got a few requests of people wanting me to show proportions of the face and how to start it. So this is a pretty basic attempt at that. I recorded it at actual speed, but it seems really slow because I'm still getting used to this new tablet. I'm at least 3 times faster with paper and a pencil. Programs used were Painter IX and Camtasia Studio. For those wondering what brush I used, it was a 2B Pencil with default settings, at a 2.2 size and with a light light blue-gray colour. My favorite has to be sock curls. I've been wanting to show you my updated version of it for a while now, so here it is.... Spend 3 minutes putting 3 socks in your hair & wake up with bouncy, dolly curls! *The curls will look super crazy when you first take out the socks in the morning. I suggest removing them and breaking up the curls as soon as you wake up. Allow the curls to fall a little as you go through your morning routine. Then you can decide if it's tamed enough for you to go out with. *Hairspray if you prefer to keep your hair really curly, or just let them turn into pretty loose waves as your day go by (which I prefer :D). *They shouldn't go completely flat on you even without hairspray. However, everyone has different hair, so please let me know how it works out for you =] *This does work better for long hair. I remember doing this ten years ago...didn't turn out so well either lol. For anyone with shorter hair, I would recommend rolling & tying the socks more loosely. The result would be loose waves instead of tight curls, which may end up looking like a fro on short hair O_o *If you really can't stand having sock by your face lol, a <b>...</b>

Guitar player, composer and singer, Zlatko was member of several rock bands in ex Yugoslavia, including 'Džentlmeni', 'Fleš', 'Dah' and heavy metal band 'Gordi'. In 1984 he went to Germany and during following 10 years he acquired quite an international rating. He played, recorded and performed with Tina Turner, Phil Collins, Münchner Symphoniker, Natalie Cole, Engelbert Humperdinck, Udo Lindenberg, Eros Ramazzotti and contributed to "Indiana Jones" movie soundtrack. In 1995 with his wife Izolda Barudžija, Manojlović had formed a project called 'Vox'. He also made music for the film "Bure Baruta".
