Since the dyno-cell is not finished, we ran all of these tests one after the other on a Mustang Dyno. With JUST the custom straight-pipe exhaust, the car put down 422RWHP which is corrected to 447.03 RWHP! That's approximately 37RWHP +/- from just the exhaust. Then, the custom intake was installed. Now, keep in mind, NONE of the tuning has been done, nor have the heat shields been put in place (so the car was running about 15° over what it did with the stock airboxes) but it still picked up an extra (Mustang) 13RWHP. It did 435RWHP which corrects to 461RWHP. Once tuning is done and everything is dialed in, there's a real shot at 490-500RWHP and it sounds amazing! Completely redesigned for 2013, the BMW M6 is powered by a twin turbo 4.4L V8 producing 560hp and 500tq. The transmission for the new 2013 BMW M6 Coupe and 2012 BMW M6 Convertible is a dual clutch seven speed with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters and launch control. A manual transmission in the new BMW M6 is possible for the United States as well. 0-62 mph in 4.2 seconds for the 2013 BMW M6 coupe and 4.3 for the 2012 BMW M6 convertible and a top speed of 155 mph for both cars, or 189mph with the M Drivers Package. Yesterday, during a test day for race cars at Monza Circuit, I ran into the new BMW M6 Coupè. I think this car is currently used by BMW in order to test it. This time I have recorded a great looking and sounding white BMW M6 Convertible with a KKS Performance exhaust system, which is a Germam exhaust system. I have filmed this car in Utrecht (the Netherlands) at Ziptuning, the M6 is now tuned by Ziptuning. You will hear some exhaust sounds like revving and an acceleration. When the car was tuned I went for a little testdrive with the owner and the programmer :) As you can see, it was raining all the time.. So I couldn't make any good vids of this M6 accelerating..
