Windows XP SP2 on Android (Droid 2 Global) using Bochs
Running Windows XP on my Droid 2 Global using Bochs It takes a good 4 minutes to boot, most of which is staring at a blank background and a mouse cursor, so you probably want to skip around. Ingredients Bocks2_5_1.apk found at forum.xda-developers.com (13 Dec 2011) bochsrc.txt shown Windows XP I installed Windows XP in QEMU on my PC, then copied the disk image to my phone for testing. It worked, but took about 15 or 20 minutes to finish hardware detection (since Bochs emulates slightly different hardware). The Windows XP installation here is heavily nLited to around a 250MB install, with minlogon installed to speed up boot in the slow emulator. Also, all services are off, except for PlugnPlay, RPC, and Crypto. A normal install should work just fine, but would probably run somewhat slower. Also, it would probably make good sense to keep Themes off, as in this video <b>...</b>

Emulator modified with a keyboard so you can type. Low quality sorry. Also enhanced in many other ways, itunes file sharing compatibility on the way also :) iTunes file sharing is planned to be setup so you upload a zip file and it will automatically on load, see the file labeled "os.zip" and extract it then delete the file, it will be setup as normal format as the original version released last summer, folder with image ans os.ini file. Also gives you a warning is it can not find a os.ini instead of loading to a black empty screen. Credits to miles, for contributing to new images, like the keyboard buttons have been changed, however I do not have the code to that, he is planning on uploading his own video in HD. Sorry forgot to show the keyboard right away, its towards the end of the video, but its there.
N900 Running XPE using Bochs
Video showing the N900 booting XPE from and ISO image created using bartpe+reatogo. This was just a test - it took a very long time to boot. the end is just a photo of "my computer" loaded on the N900 as was at work and didn't have time to film. It may have also locked up but wants too sure as its painfully slow to use.

Never ran XP on Qemu in Android so I decided modding Windows 98 to look and works like XP. Thanks for watching. Replies are welcome.
