BANZAI CHARGE
"Banzai charge" (or "banzai attack") (萬歳突撃) Banzai totsugeki was a name applied during World War II by the Allied forces to human wave-style attacks mounted by infantry forces of the Imperial Japanese Army. The name Gyokusai (Japanese: 玉砕, honourable suicide; literally "broken jade" or "broken jewel") was however used by the Naikaku Johōkyoku (Cabinet Information Bureau) and the media of the Imperial Japanese regime. These attacks were usually launched as a suicide attack to avoid surrender and perceived dishonor or as a final attempt at maximizing the odds of success in the face of usually numerically superior Allied forces.

This is one of the most original films ever made, and one of the most criminally underrated. This is the movie WD Richter made before Slither was a gory twinkle in his eye. I'm putting this up primarily for the Movie Preview Critic's collection of good films to see. Bonanza Banzai - 1984
Bonanza Banzai was a popular group in Hungary. This song is inspired by George Orwell's novel, it has been released in 1991, on their 1984 album. This is the original version, but there are several remakes of it. Bonanza Banzai - Valami véget ért (Something has ended)
It's a video clip of Bonanza Banzai, which was a popular pop group in Hungary in the in the 80s and 90s. They have broken up, but their singer, Ákos Kovács continued, and organised an other band, which is very famous now. Bonanza Banzai's style was similar to Depeche Mode's one, but Ákos has created his totally own style. This song describes the pain, that people feel, when his lover leave him. The title means "Something has ended". You can find a translation on the "Lirama" site, but that's not perfect. There are lots of beautiful poetical pictures in it, that are impossible to translate well. This song was released in 1991, on 'A pillanat emlékműve' (Monument of the moment) album. It's the original version of the song, but there are lots of remakes of it.

Uno de los grupos más queridos en el panorama rockero de este país, han sido Banzai. Su historia se gesta cuando Salvador Domínguez graba con Miguel Ríos el tema que da titulo a la banda. Se decide a formar su propia banda de rock. La primera formación con el nombre de Banzai fue la compuesta por Jimmy Reitz a la voz, Juan Carlos Redondo (Snoopy) al teclado, José al bajo, Enrique Ballesteros (mítico batería de infinidad de grupos) y el propio Salvador. Jimmy, Enrique y Joe dejan la banda. Uno de los nuevos fichajes es Carlos Vázquez (Tibu), que se hace cargo del puesto de bajista. El puesto de cantante pasa a ser ocupado por Valentín del Moral (Chino), que estuvo en bandas como Botas o Jericó. Y el puesto de batería seria para Larry Martín, que había formado parte de Los Canarios o Miguel Ríos. Con esta formación, la compañía Hispavox se interesa por el grupo y no tarda en ficharlos. Su primer álbum fue sin duda uno de los mejores de 1983 en nuestro país. además de poseer una fuerza descomunal, eran sendos mensajes a la amistad y la unión entre los rockeros. El single "Voy a tu ciudad" se oyó en todas partes y tuvo una fuerte salida. En directo la banda tocó de norte a sur de la península con enorme éxito. Unos meses mas tarde se produce un nuevo cambio en la banda, Valentín del Moral y Larry salen del grupo y tras unas largas negociaciones telefónicas, llegan procedentes de Tigres de Metal José Antonio Manzano, para ser el nuevo vocalista y David Biosca para ocuparse de <b>...</b>
