11 December 2007 Every year on Good Friday, a small group of Catholic men express their devotion to Christ by literally following in his footsteps. They call it penitence and they are crucified. Scores of others cover their faces, don crowns of thorns, and flagellate themselves. Priests frown on the tradition, but do not stop it. The penitents say they would do it anyway. Meanwhile, the crucifixions have become a spectacle. Thousands of tourists descend on the town of San Fernando, Pampanga every year, cameras snapping, flashes popping, to get a glimpse as the nails are hammered into the men's palms and their crosses are raised on a hill they also call Calvary. Their tourist dollars are an annual boost to the impoverished local economy, and the politicians welcome the sightseers.

After wallowing in development hell for years, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers for the Nintendo Wii is finally here! While the game has received the full range of reviews from the press, from great to terrible, the truth is this is an action adventure game that you'll need to follow your gut on. It follows the beat of its own drummer, and for the most part, I feel it succeeds. While past Crystal Chronicles games have focused on multiplayer, The Crystal Bearers is largely a single player adventure, and you don't need any past experience with the franchise to have fun with this one. You play as Layle, a magic-wielding Crystal Bearer in a kingdom of reason and science. Most interactions in the game involve using Layle's telekinesis ability. Point at the screen with your Wii remote and gesture to hurl enemies, people and objects around. The controls are bit too finicky and take some getting used to, but once the game gets going, it's pretty easy to get into. Action-adventure games tend to focus on combat and dungeon-crawling, but The Crystal Bearers breaks that mold and instead, combat is just one piece of a greater whole. The game instead incorporate the more minute details of an adventure, such as ball room dancing or chase scenes, and incorporates them into the overall progression. You can even replay these segments for better times or scores. Some folks are not going to dig this idea, but I appreciate the new elements The Crystal Bearers brings to <b>...</b>

Thaispusam which falls on Saturday will see devotees carrying various forms of kavadi in gratitude for vows fulfilled. Devotees prepare for the celebration by cleansing themselves through prayers and fasting. I've been meaning to make a quick video of the Choices and Plague Bearer modules together for some time because they're quite a dangerous combo. The patch is a bit complicated but essentially both the X and the Y axis outputs are going into mults, those mults are plugged into the Plague Bearers along with a Tip Top Audio Z2040 Cutoff. He was discovered on a Feudal World named Colchis, which he had eventually unified in a series of brutal religious wars in response to his visions of the Emperor's coming arrival. When the Emperor did arrive, as Lorgar had foreseen, the Primarch dropped to his knee, leading the population of his world in rejoicing and worship of the Emperor as a god. At the conclusion of these festivities, the Emperor bade Lorgar take his best warriors and induct them into his Space Marine Legion (at that time known as the Imperial Heralds7h) and join him on the Great Crusade. Lorgar appointed trustworthy regents to rule over Colchis and devoutly complied with his father's direction. Lorgar was an unusually pious Primarch. While other Legions were rapidly conquering planet after planet, the Word Bearers proceeded much more slowly, as they would build temples and shrines in veneration of the Emperor, who was also deemed the God of the Imperium by Lorgar, on each newly conquered planet. All forms of blasphemy and heresy that threatened the Emperor's realm, all manner of ancient scrolls, books, artworks and icons were burned and smashed before the advancing ranks of the Legion. The King's Bearers (The Fata)
King Taufa'ahau Tupou IV of Tonga's funeral in 2006. I was invited by my cousin to volunteer to join as one of the Bearers for the King. The organizers were afraid there wouldn't be enough volunteers but were shocked to see more than an expected turn out from the people that loved this King so much. The late King Taufa'ahau IV was definitely a good role moral and leader for this such small island but yet gigantic in the world scene. I have much respect to the late King and honor to be one of the Fata during the funeral procession that day.

FFCC - The Crystal Bearers - Palace Ball (9 Perfect Dances)
Sir VG of IMAMYTH Colosseum Presents... Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers Palace Ball (All 9 Dance Setups, completed Perfectly) I decided to complete this for fun and to show anybody going for the Dance Hero medal what you're in for. The Palace Ball sequence features 3 styles of dance: The Lilty Waltz, The Clavat Step, and The Selkie Tango. Each dance done perfectly is a medal in itself, but you need to do all 3 in each of the 3 variations to get the dance hero medal. And they all must be perfect. You can miss one and still get it - the game will repeat that variation when you get to the next dance partner. My personal opinion is that the game really favors The Selkie Tango. First if you pay attention to the rhythms for all 9 variations, the most accurate to the beat (IMO) are the 3 variations of the tango. The Clavat Step gets well...stepped on, especially with the 3rd variation. Ugh, what a pain. I hope you all enjoy my amazing dance skills! (Har har). Maybe someday I'll use this towards 100%. But given that there's a ton of nightmare medals to get (70 Zus?
