This is a documentary about the band Circuit Seafood. Circuit Seafood is a band based out of Minneapolis. The members have been playing together off and on for almost 10 years. They have played in many venues in Minneapolis, St. Cloud and Mankato. This film documents the recording of their song "I Become" and an interview with the lead singer/guitarist Jon. They record all of their music in a studio in their basement and still enjoy writing new music. They hope to keep recording and playing for many years to come.
