Another test run of my homemade "bladeless" fan with Schlieren photography. This fan is a homemade project similar to a Dyson Bladeless ring fan. Here is how I built it: ottobelden.blogspot.com The ring is made from plastic drinking glasses cut and air is being blown through it with a PC cooling fan. A gas is added to help see the airflow. Towards the end of the video the gas rate changes as does the PC fan blowing into the ring but only slightly.
