Tribute To A Friendship (revised)
When I first started this, it was meant to be a simple fanvid about the Dukes of Hazzard. But as I went through the process of acquiring the right pictures and fitting them to the music, it gradually evolved into something surprising, and quite a bit deeper. The project this simple slideshow turned into has taken three years to get to this finished point, and covers a chronological span of almost exactly thirty years. I have never seen another bond like this come out of the entertainment industry; even friendships far more famous are less enduring. This one ain't for Bo and Luke. It's for John and Tom. Coy Falls Jumping In General Blooper
This was done during the auditioning of Coy and Vance Duke to replace Bo and Luke Duke. Byron Cherry tried to jump up into the General Lee and missed. I'm pretty sure the only thing that was hurt was his pride! I got to meet Byron Cherry at DukesFest 2008. He's a real nice guy. My Mom mentioned this to him and he just said, "Oh you saw that?" It wasn't said like he felt embarresed about it I don't think. I wonder if he even remembers this! Alot of people don't like Coy and Vance but I like 'em all right. A Duke by any other name is still a Duke!

Brotherly Love (video test segment)
This was just a short, quick compilation I made using one episode of the Dukes of Hazzard -- the episode called Brotherly Love. If you don't know, the story is about what happens when Luke Duke's baby brother (who was supposed to have died as a baby) comes to find him. The story is also about Bo and Luke's "brotherhood" as cousins. This was just to test my ability as a video director before I got started on my first bigger project. Since I'm a youtube addict, I figured I should just put something up. The Dukes of Hazzard does not belong to me and neither am I making any profit off of the use of their material.
Dukes Of Hazzard and the GENERAL LEE
The General Lee is the 1969 Dodge Charger driven by the Duke cousins Bo and Luke in the television series The Dukes of Hazzard. It is known for the chases and stunts, especially high jumps, in almost every episode, and for having the doors welded shut, leaving the Dukes to climb in and out through the windows. The Dodge Charger appeared in every episode. The car's name is a reference to the Confederate general Robert E. Lee, and indeed the vehicle embodies the Southern United States, bearing as it does a Confederate Battle flag on its roof and a horn which plays a bar from the song "Dixie". The idea for the General Lee was developed from the famous bootlegger Jerry Rushing's car, which was named for Lee's favorite horse, Traveler. Traveler was also the name of the car in Moonrunners, the 1975 movie prior to The Dukes of Hazzard. 321 Dodge Chargers were used to film the original TV Series, The Dukes of Hazzard. Dukes of Hazzard Lost Scene, featuring Daisy
A forgotten clip from "Daisy's Shotgun Wedding." Edited out for commercials by TNN and later by CMT, this scene takes place after the Boar's Nest fight with the Beaudrys. This is one of the domestic "Dukes at home" moments that were so often chopped away in syndicated reruns. Here, Daisy has a heart-to-heart talk with Bo and Luke, and they agree to give her more elbow room. Unfortunately they blow it later in the episode.
