The Orson Welles Show - Unaired Pilot burt reynolds

zeroheadroom.com presents Part 2 of 2 of Drive By TeleTheater: The Unaired Pilot of Orson Welles Chat Show from 1979 interview with Burt Reynolds. The talk show experience that you thought you'd always wanted. Alas, in the tradition of Twilight Zone this one turns out to be a case of "Be careful what you wish for." This take on the chat show format is something akin to his own grandiose and bloated take on what a talk show should be. He manages to snag a good guest list like Burt Reynolds, Frank Oz, Jim Henson and Angie Dickinson. But instead of doing the formula, "So what are you working on..." questions, the entire Q&A is opened up to the audience to ask either Burt Reynolds or Orson Welles whatever they'd like. Jim Henson & Frank Oz show up to do some Muppets gags before they "lift the curtain" and show them seated with their hands working their Muppet magic. Finally, Angie Dickenson comes on stage and fires a gun at Orson Welles in an overproduced magic routine that later re-appeared in Orson Welles' Magic Show. Technically, the show is all over the place. It's all very deconstructionist a-la F For Fake and the editing is out of control. It sounds like a fascinating and bold experiment but ends up somehow being an extremely uncomfortable hour-plus of television non-entertainment. Sometimes, there are indeed good reasons for the studios to shelve a project and to never air the pilot. A bold experiment that went bad

Even if you have modest growth you should look to enhance. Like money... the more you have the BETTER. While there are many hair growth products on the market, these are all specifically made for the head. If adapted properly this technology holds promise for future Man Moss development. For the meantime the only permanent option is hair transplants or "hair plugs". This procedure is painful not only during the implant stage but during the many months proceeding when donor hairs must be harvested from the pubic region Tip: In an emergency spray adhesive and dog hair clippings can provide a lush yet temporary Chest Rug. Step 2: Macho attire Your clothing should be simple yet effective. Decoratively stitched western wear shirts with pearl snaps (NO BUTTONS). Rugged stone washed denim jeans (tight in the right places). And Cockroach Killer pointed toe boots. When people see you walking down the street the women should sway ...

This car has an LS7 engine, with upgraded cam, lifters, springs and rods, to get it to 625hp at the crank, with similar torque. Unbelievable car to drive and feel the power that it has. If you ever get a chance to go for a ride in one of these cars or to purchase one, they are well worth the money and investment. Keep i mind this is a one of a kind signed car designed by Year One and Burt himself, and there will be only a limited production!
The Burt Reynolds Museum

The Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum in Jupiter, Florida is located near his boyhood home and features a lifesize Reynolds cutout that looks so much like the actor that you might ask it for an autograph. The museum is filled with awards that Reynolds won, including his six consecutive Favorite Male Motion Picture Actor awards he collected from 1979- 1984. Memorabilia from his films litters the museum, including the unlucky canoe from “Deliverance,” and Burt's automotive costar from “Smokey and the Bandit.” Posters from all of Reynold's over one hundred films and pictures of Burt with his famous friends line the walls. Reynolds himself helped design the museum, which is housed in a former bank, and according to legend, he even hung many of the pictures and posters himself. The museum's gift shop features enough Burt related schwag to satisfy even the biggest “Cannonball Run” fan. And who knows, maybe you'll get lucky one day and run into the man himself. (Sighs.) "Where Stallions Run"~ Dolly Parton/Burt Reynolds Duet Cut From"The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas"

Burt Reynolds had a solo number in "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" but theatre-goers in 1982, did not get a chance to see it. The song ; "Where Stallions Run" written by Dolly Parton, was later reworked, sung this time by Dolly alone,(and retitled "A Cowboy's Ways") and appeared on Dolly's 1982 lp "Burlap & Satin".The scene where Burt Reynolds sings the song, was filmed, but cut prior to the film's release. It was restored for the network television broadcast of the film, as the film was too short for its time slot after the censors finished their broadcast edits and additional material was needed. This is a duet version with Burt and Dolly's versions cut together. I hope you enjoy it.
