An encounter with the Houdini Splicer of Bioshock, capable of a gruesome form of teleportation that leaves a bloody red mist behind as well as fire and later in the game ice plasmid attacks. Dragon Age vs Baldur's Gate: A Retrospective
Haven't felt like making a video in quite some time, but with the recent fervour over Dragon Age 2 I decided to take a look back at first Dragon Age: Origins, then the series that inspired it. This is the result, hope you enjoy. If you've any suggests for what I might do next, lemme know. Not quite happy with the youtube quality. Seems much darker than it should be on my monitor, and there are a few annoying quirks. Ah Well! Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 are available from Good Old Games (Google it!) Bioshock Gameplay: Andrew Ryan Plot Twist
WARNING: Extreme Spoilers The players confrontation with Andrew Ryan, the founder of Rapture, about 2/3 into the game as well as the segment leading up to it. Do not watch if you haven't played Bioshock yet and don't want the plot ruined for you! Also you might notice a jump in the movie about half-way through, the original recording became de-synchronized with sound and video so I just re-recorded that particular scene and continued where the original left off. You're not missing anything! Playing the game on Hard on my computer, recorded using FRAPS. Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Bhall Intro movie
The intro movie for the Throne of Bhall expansion pack to Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn, which ends the overarching storyline of the Baldur's Gate series and takes place in the Forgotten Realms setting. My personal favorite videogame series of all time! In Baldur's Gate you discover your lineage as a child of the god of murder, Bhall, and do battle with your power hungry brother Sarevok intent on trying to fulfill a series of apocalyptic prophecies in order to become himself the new god of murder. In Baldur's Gate 2 you and your group are defeated and tortured by the archmage Irenicus as he tries to manipulate you and your special heritage towards his own needs, in the process accidentally unleashing the dark essence of Bhall within you and killing many characters from the first game. And Finally the Throne of Bhall expansion, where the time of the prophecies have truly begun and the final chapter in the story begins.

The Witcher Gameplay: ACT 1 finale
The scene: There's an angry mob being led by a fanatical revered outside where Abigail, the witch they're after, hides. They blame her for 'the beast', a hellhound that's been terrorizing the area. You have the option of either siding with or against her. Not as clear a choice as you'd think since she's hardly a saint, selling poisons and potentially dabbling in dark magic herself... on the other hand does give this angry mob who themselves are guilty of many crimes the right to murder her brutally? Up to you to choose, I obviously chose to help her for this clip! Although The Witcher starts out a bit rough around the edges and it certainly has its flaws, I gotta say, I'm really enjoying it. Probably the scene that shifted this game from 'pretty fun' to 'awesome' was the end of ACT 1, which I'm uploading a clip from for those that want to watch it again or see this possible outcome, as well as in the hopes a couple people might go and buy a copy of The Witcher after seeing it. Fairly minor spoilers really, one of the possible outcomes of ACT 1, not showing the boss fight or the part right after... don't want to give away too much after all! This is still early in the game. Mount & Blade tribute - Lacrimosa
Used the whole 'fade to black' thing a bit too much, and it also turned out surprisingly sappy for what I'd had in mind. Mouse cursor popping up in a few places annoys me as well. But hell, pretty happy with how this turned out regardless! Certainly better than my last attempt at a Mount & Blade movie. Gameplay recorded using FRAPS, edited using Sony Vegas 10.

Unreal Tournament Retrospective
A movie I put together showing Unreal Tournament, then and now. If you've never played any of the previous PC Unreal Tournament games before 3, then watch and enjoy. And if you have, hopefully it'll be a quick but enjoyable trip down memory lane! This is not a 'skillz' video, seeing as I'm a mediocre player at best. Just a fun romp through the world of UT stretching from 1999 to 2007! Gameplay taken from the various Unreal Tournament games. Don't comment saying 'lol, u mised teh unreal championships' because you'll note the name there, unreal championship rather than tournament. Different series my friend although made by the same people, you know, like distant brothers or cousins... (Plus Console games are a downright bitch to try and record properly.) You know, re-installing the original UT, I'm surprised by just how much fun it still is. Ugly as sin, but still fun! The matches are all against bots except for the UT3 matches, which I mostly recorded online. If you've seen me play online and thought I was doing terrible, now you know why. FRAPS really slows down UT3. Luckily I was still able to get the occasional burst of skill in there to not make myself look too terrible. I was getting slaughtered in that one match till I got a lucky break. (You can tell which by looking in the upper right corner, where right before I start a killing spree I'm at a glorious -1 points and in last place. Weee!)
