We had a little help from our friend Nolan North, otherwise known as Nathan Drake in the UNCHARTED games. My name is Alan Wake. I'm a writer. Ok, that isn't true, but thanks to this collector's edition now I can pretend. Take that real world! Like the title says, this is the Limited Collector's Edition of Alan Wake for the Xbox 360 and i's got a bunch of cool stuff like: The Alan Wake Files hardcover book. This is a 144 page book and it's actually a good read. I just finished it and it features FBI interviews with characters in the game and some short stories "written" by Alan Wake. It's worth getting the Collector's Edition just for this book. There's a bonus DVD with documentaries and a video developer's commentary track that you can watch while you play the game. It also has gamer pics, two Alan Wake dashboard themes, every trailer, and concept art. It's about an hour and 20 minutes long. Finally, there's a 10 song soundtrack CD with some of the songs in the game. It's a really nice package and one of my favorite collector's editions. A lot of times companies just put a game in a tin case and throw in an art-book and then charge $10 more, but this one is worth getting.
