Supermicro introduces Enterprise NVIDIA GPU Superblade Server which combines 20 Tesla GPU's in a 7U enclosure. This is the highest density Blaze Server based on GPU technology. The 2U GPU server combines 6 TESLA GPU's in a 2U box for customers with Graphic intensive requirements from their servers. The latest product is the MicroCloud with cloud optimised architecture where each server node is individually managed, deployed as needed. The modules are all based on Intel Sandybridge processor technology, bringing convenience and affordability to the server market. The 5U server is an 8-way MP server. This means that 8x Nehalem based CPU's inside one box. Each server can support up to 2T of memory. The next server is the Twin server, with either two or four systems into either 1U or 2U box. Lastly the Blade Servers have the same functionality enabling CPU intensive tasks, alternatively using the GPU array as described before for Graphical intensive tasks.

www.netbooknews.com MeeGo gets their much needed hardware announcement at Computex 2011 from ACER who showed Acer Iconia Tab M500 a 10inch tablet which is very similar to the A500 but seems thinner on first glance. The M denotes MeeGo and is meant to be part of a series of Meego products to be produced by ACER. ACER is the first major brand to announce a tablet running MeeGo, currently WeTab in Germany has been the only MeeGo tablet on the market. The UI had some obvious tweaks with a circular widget search which is being described as a 'snackable UI' there was also some additions of an Android like App drawer. We've uploaded the demo video from the Tablet and Netbook Keynote at Computex 2011 below. We've got a one on one hands on with the MeeGo tablet tomorrow, so the presentation video below will have to satisfy you for now.

The 10 inch ASUS Slider is the brother to the popular Transformer tablet, however where the Transformer's keyboard is detachable, the Slider's keyboard is integrated and ready for use, so you'll never forget it. The half size keyboard keeps the tablet thin and is revealed when you pop the display upwards. With the display popped up, this gives a natural angle to work on, and the two modes can be interchanged at any time on the fly. Inside the Slider is the Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core CPU, 1GB of memory and 16GB or 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded locally via the USB port or microSD slot on the sides and mini HDMI means it can connect up to any HDTV directly, without the need for an adapter. Like the Transformer the display is an IPS panel with 1280 x 800 pixels, and the OS is currently Android 3.1, although ASUS is committed to future updates as Google releases them. 802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 provide internet connectivity in the launch model, with 3G versions arriving at a later date. With an accelerometer, gyroscope, digital compass and GPS built in it's perfect for taking out and about . With around a 9 hour battery life it should keep going all day, although it can be charged over USB if necessary. Despite the similarities the Slider and Transformer represent choice in design from ASUS, so you can get something that really fits your needs, rather than just a basic pad.

Starting with their new Silent Pro Hybrid PSU, the unit is 80PLUS Gold but comes with manual control to allow you to control both the internal fan and internal case fans. But most interesting was their new All In One cooling solution built to compete with solutions already on the market like the CORSAIR H Series. Currently code named Project AL2, the new water cooler uses a maintenance free design but enthusiast class pump, block and radiator. Larger models are in the works. With its incredibly slim profile and lightweight design, the new UX series sets a new precedent in style and ultra-mobility. Two models will be available: an 11.6 inch UX21 and a 13.3 inch UX31. The precise profile of both models is just 3mm to 17mm. Despite its extreme slimness, the UX still packs a second generation Core i7 mobile CPU, a SATA 6Gbps SSD and a USB 3 port. Instant On is a new feature designed to hibernate the notebook safely, by backing up the data to the SSD just in case the battery runs out while it sleeps. However, it's still able to resume within seconds for up to several days, perfectly matching its ultra-mobile roots. ASUS has previously experimented with alternative materials such as bamboo, however the new UX is entirely built from aluminium to not only make it extremely lightweight, but also hardwearing and infinitely elegant. Moving along, there's a brand new ZEUS Series power supply running at 1350 watts with fan speed and rail setting controls. Fully modular of course. There's also a new ST50NF NightJar series PSU that is completely passive which means it is silent. Moving to cases, we see brand new HTPC cases called the GD07 and GD08 which contain new features that support better cooling and more drive bays. There's an update to the SG07 known as the SGO8 and a new KJ04 case which transforms into a TJ04-E with just the change of a faceplate. TJ08 also finally sees a more finished version from CES 2011 and is nearly ready to serve micro ATX tower users. Finally, we see the massive TJ12 concept case which supports up to 19 PCI-E slots on top of the case which can hold up to 6 dual slot graphics cards with space in between. It's partially built from stainless steel to support the weight and even has space for TWO powers supplies. First off is their new case concept that they are showing off. They are still working on the design and were taking feedback on the direction throughout the show. It uses a porcelain paint job to give it a unique aesthetic that not many cases have and is filled with room to load their fans into. Also on display was a Banchetto 101 open air case that is Italian designed and should be hitting the market for around $400 US. The thing is solid aluminum and the quality was very high.
