Please check out my critic at the DGF-Magazin (written in German). This are the trailers of the new CONAN movie which enters cinemas worldwide in summer 2011. This video contains the first teaser following the green- and red-band-trailer to the music of the 1982-film. I hope you enjoy the trailers with that gorgeous music of Basil Pouledoris which created probaly the best soundtrack in film history. Directed by the German Marcus Nispel the film will start in the cinemas in fall 2011. Jason Momoa is starring as Conan the famous barbarian who was first played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the classic CONAN THE BARBARIAN in 1982. This clip is similar to my first CONAN-clip where I took the first trailer but used as music "Anvil Of Crom" of the original soundtrack of the film in 1982. At the same time I had the idea to make a clip with "Riders Of Doom" what is also part of the 1982 soundtrack and can be heard when Thulsa Doom is attacking the village of young Conan. But back then there wasn`t enough material to make the clip. Luckily the new red-band-trailer was released a few weeks ago so that there was even more stuff that I needed to make the video. So even I had to cut a little bit down to the length of the track. But mostly scenes that were used twice in the trailers and some black pictures or some slower parts. In my opinion the new video really makes damned hungry for the film.

There you have it, the Jason Momoa Workout for Conan the Barbarian. The workout site he says in the video is ar7now.com, however, the site doesn't show much at all, and his exact workout is much too intense for most people. Even Momoa in the interview said "get a new girlfriend" if she asks you to look like me. If you are serious about getting a body like his you should try one of the slightly less intense workout plans at the links posted below. You could of course try the exact Jason Momoa Workout if you want, but I highly doubt that you have 6 hours a day open for 6 weeks to do weights and sword training like he did. The two plans that I am recommending to you are doable by everyday people like you and me, that will still get you ripped (you probably won't quite pass as a barbarian but you will look good.) The first Jason Momoa workout routine alternative link is much more intense than the second, however, it may still be too intense for some of you, so the second Jason Momoa Conan workout alternative might be better for you. It really depends on how serious you are. Both of them give amazing results (I've used the first one and my dad's used the second) but the first is a little bit faster.
