Enjoy this one guys! In this tutorial, I demonstrate how I curl my hair using a hair straightener using the vertical and horizontal sliding method. I feel this method looks nice ^_^ The outcome is that curvaeous super model hair that you see on runways. Its sexy and feminine but cute at the same time. The elbows should remain pinned to your side and not move forward or backward during the exercise. As withany dumbbell exercise, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don't use too much weight, if you can't do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud "one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand" on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. My favorite has to be sock curls. I've been wanting to show you my updated version of it for a while now, so here it is.... Spend 3 minutes putting 3 socks in your hair & wake up with bouncy, dolly curls! *The curls will look super crazy when you first take out the socks in the morning. I suggest removing them and breaking up the curls as soon as you wake up. Allow the curls to fall a little as you go through your morning routine. Then you can decide if it's tamed enough for you to go out with. *Hairspray if you prefer to keep your hair really curly, or just let them turn into pretty loose waves as your day go by (which I prefer :D). *They shouldn't go completely flat on you even without hairspray. However, everyone has different hair, so please let me know how it works out for you =] *This does work better for long hair. I remember doing this ten years ago...didn't turn out so well either lol. For anyone with shorter hair, I would recommend rolling & tying the socks more loosely. The result would be loose waves instead of tight curls, which may end up looking like a fro on short hair O_o *If you really can't stand having sock by your face lol, a <b>...</b>

Pin-Curls Part 2 (Brushing Out Your Curls)
Please read! :) I've received a lot of questions since my last pin-curl video, so I've decided to make a "part 2" video on the matter... and hopefully, elaborate on what I *didn't* demonstrate. Again, I have to say that a lot of the tricks and techniques to doing pin-curls are simple trial and error. Every girl is different, with hair equally as unique. So you really have to just pick a day, when you have plenty of time to experiment, and don't have anyone to impress... try out the pin curls and various brushing techniques, with various products too see what works for YOU :) For this particular occasion, I did *not* use any product what so ever! I simply started with hair mostly dry (I used a wet comb, and brushed each section of hair just before rolling it up). However, I most often use a little hair putty at the ends of my hair to set and as a finishing touch after styling, hairspray to polish the look off and to give a little extra hold. A1: I have a video called Blair Waldorf/Gossip Girl Inspired hair. In collaboration with Timeslice Films, Rip Curl took on an ambitious bullet-time campaign shoot in Malaysia's Sunway Lagoon Wavepool with lead surfers Mick Fanning, Stephanie Gilmore, Owen Wright and Matt Wilkinson. The revolutionary campaign captures surfing in a way never seen before, with the final visuals baring more resemblance to a fight scene from the famous Matrix movies than a promotional surfing video. The two-day rental of Sunway Lagoon Wavepool allowed Rip Curl and Timeslice to operate in a more stable environment than the open ocean offers. The Rip Curl surfers were repeatedly towed into the machine-controlled waves by Jetski and their operational space was determined by the 52-camera rig set up in the pool. Things I Used: 1 Comb (with medium spaced teeth) 2 Texturizing creme, a relaxer creme may also be used...see recording... 3 Neutralizing Shampoo 4 Activator (I use Scurl's "No Drip") 5 Moisturizer for the hair and scalp (optional...make sure it's something light without petroleum...I suggest Hollywood Beauty's "Carrot Cream") 6 Towel 7 Warm Water Source...
