Featuring interviews with media analysts and cultural historians, this documentary examines the patterns inherent in TV's disturbing depictions of working class people as either clowns or social deviants -- stereotypical portrayals that reinforce the myth of meritocracy. Prabhu gives Prakash his dismissal letter. Prabhu's father goes along with him and supports Prabhu in dismissing Prakash. Prakash angrily goes home and tells his family members that Revathy is the reason for his dismissal. Uma tells Abiramy that Revathy dismissed Prakash. Abiramy gets angry after hearing this. Abiramy angrily comes to Revathy's house and blames her regarding Prakash's dismissal. Revathy denies it and says that she doesn't know anything about this issue. Meanwhile Prabhu enters and shouts at Abiramy to get out of this house and tells her that this is not the right place to discuss about this problem. Abiramy is shocked, and goes off to her house. Abiramy's husband enters the room and Abiramy blames Revathy for Prakash's dismissal, but he denies it. Vasudevan tells Abiramy that Revathy is no way related to Prakash's dismissal. But Abiramy argues regarding this. Vasudevan says that Revathy is innocent and a good humanbeing compared to Abiramy. Abiramy is shocked after hearing this.
