The "Epic Citadel" Tech Demo, designed for iPhone and iPad, is also included in the UDK (Unreal Engine Development Kit). The Tech Demo runs at the exactl same settings as the iPhone 4 version. Of course, being the PC version, you can maximize it to play in whatever resolution you want to, and not just be limited to the iPhone 4 resolution (960x640). The yellow number is the framerate recorded by fraps. The framerate depends on the speed of your GPU (graphics card), and in some cases, the speed of your CPU (processor). The UDK is free to use.
