We will dry roast channa dal, urad dal, and flax seeds separately. Once the pan is hot, add channa dal, and stir this dal until it turns golden brown. It will take approximately 5 min. Transfer this golden brown channa dal to a bowl, then dry roast the urad dal, which takes about 2 minutes to turn golden brown. Take this out and transfer to the bowl, and now roast the flax seeds.You have to roast them until you hear a popping sound. Transfer the flax seeds to the bowl. Now add 2 tsp oil to the pan, add mustard seeds, and hing. Once the mustard seeds have popped, add red chillies, curry leaves, and fry this for a few seconds and turn off the heat. To this, add dried coconut, tamarind, salt, jaggery, and dry roasted ingredients. Mix well <b>...</b>

Tasty. update... currently looking into omega 3 ala and have contacted A&NZ Reference size (Department of Health) re their published RDA. Seems their study is old compared to what people are doing today. How To Make A Flax Seed Heat Therapy Pillow


If you have a bit of natural fabric you would like to reuse (old flannel shirts work well-use the sleeves) you can make a natural therapeutic pillow by sewing it up and filling it with flax seed, cherry pits, feed corn, whole wheat not wheat flour, uncooked barley grains or rolled oats. THE FLAX SEED CRACKER REVOLUTION


Flax seed is a new find for me, I love it, its full of omega 3, high in fibre and great as a low carb snack! Ingredients are : 1 cup measure of cold milled flax seed 1/3 cup measure of parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup measure of water put your flaxseed in a bowl, add the grated parmesan, mix together, add the salt then water and away you mix! its so simple put in the oven at 130-140 ( mine is a fan assisted oven) basically just a medium heat so they dont over cook too quick and keep them in for between 15-18 mins. These little babies are great even if you arent on a low carb diet, I promise you will love them!!! enjoy!!!

Sprouting Flax Seeds
