Jan Boezeroen De fles
Jan Boezeroen (pseudoniem van Johnny Goverde , 2 oktober 1933) is een Nederlands artiest, die vooral in de jaren zeventig en tachtig enkele grote Nederlandstalige hits scoorde. Jan Boezeroen (de artiestennaam betekent arbeider, zie boezeroen) brak in 1970 door met het nummer De Fles, geschreven door componist/producer Jack de Nijs die later als Jack Jersey zelf een bekend zanger zou worden. Boezeroen had naast zijn zangcarrière ook muziekzaken in Steenbergen en Zevenbergen. Boezeroen woont in Venray.

Chimpanzee Looks After Tiger Cubs In Thai Zoo
A young chimpanzee has become the unlikely substitute mother for a group of tiger cubs in a Thai zoo. Dodo, the two-and-a-half-year-old chimpanzee, was trained to feed the cubs from a bottle of milk, and has been doing the job for about a year. But keepers say the cubs will soon outgrow Dodo and they will have to be separated. Thanks to the BBC for letting me use his video.

Bejaarde ziet 'blaastest' voor een fles drank aan!
Politie houdt een oude man aan en wil hem een 'blaastest' afnemen. Deze beste man is echter zo gruwelijk blauw dat ie denkt dat hij een fles drank in handen krijgt. Zelfs die agenten liggen dubbel van het lachen ... beetje jammer dat we niet weten hoe het afloopt. Voor dat mannetje hoop ik dat ze 'sportief' waren.

DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!!! Natronloog is een zeer agressieve stof, methyleenblauw geeft onuitwasbare vlekken. NIET THUIS DOEN DUS!!!!! Aan een geconcentreerde natronloog-oplossing wordt -voorzichtig- een flinke schep glucose toegevoegd. Dit mengsel wordt goed geschud (handschoenen aan!). Als laatste worden enkele druppels van een WATERIGE methyleenblauwoplossing toegevoegd. LET OP: Meestal wordt methyleenblauw van fabriekswege opgelost in alcohol, dit type oplossing is voor deze proef ongeschikt! Direct na het toevoegen van het methyleenblauw kleurt de inhoud van de fles blauw, daarna wordt de oplossing langzaam kleurloos. Indien deze kleurloze oplossing wordt geschud, komt de blauwe kleur weer terug (om spoedig daarna weer te verdwijnen). Dit proces kan enkele keren worden herhaald. Methyleenblauw reageert met glucose, er wordt dan oa kleurloos leukomethyleenblauw gevormd. Deze reactie vindt echter alleen in een sterk basisch milieu plaats, daarom wordt in plaats van water natronloog gebruikt. Door de kolf te schudden komt er verse lucht (dus ook zuurstof) bij het leukomethyleenblauw. Hierdoor wordt dat weer omgezet in methyleenblauw (dat een blauwe kleur heeft). Wie goed oplet, ziet dat de meniscus van de vloeistof blauw blíjft. Dit komt doordat het methyleenblauw aldaar in open verbinding staat met de lucht bovenin de flessenhals.
