Evil Ryu: Tactics
Starting to learn a bit more about the character, it's time to look a bit deeper into what Evil Ryu is capable of. This is certainly not the "combo" video promised at the end of vid 1, but I want to take this step by step. His combos are fantastic, his speed is legendary, and the fact that his Genei Jin is a SUPER (meaning you can do ultras during it) makes him a sure contender for top tier. Super Street Fighter 4 - "Floating" State Tricks
I remember the first time I saw or found out some of these, how much it opened doors for some characters or moves I saw as useless. I have come to call the state during a "crumple" where a character is airborne a "floating" state, although I am unsure if there is any official term for this state. Take a look at just a few of the possibilities this grants, especially that of T.Hawk, who gains a significant new strategy.

Fast Forward to :20 in - A very strange moment happened in the 3rd round of a match I played recently. I've been working on my Gouken quite a bit, yet I've not been able to reproduce this event - can someone confirm wether or not this is actually possible or if it was caused by lag?
