
This industrial video by Dave Goelz was produced by Raychem corporation to demonstrate some products. Raychem paid $25000 for the production plus a fee to Dave Goelz. It was filmed at channel 7 studios in San Francisco. The video was made in 1974, before Dave Goelz was hired by Jim Henson to work full time for him. The video was written and directed by Stan Christensen, the puppeteer was Dave Goelz, and "Ray's Song" was written by Stan Christensen and performed by nightwings. Script consultants were Larry Hayes and Lynn Chapman (who hired Dave Goelz to make this video). This short movie was shown by Raychem at Cable TV trade shows around the country. Dave Goelz was often present at the showings with Ray.
