Walkthrough: www.youtube.com The first creatures you will encounter on this trail are the jumping spider enemies you may recognize from previous games. They should not be too difficult to defeat, just hold the R button to defend with your Hylian Shield when they jump into the air. Make your way up the path past the Goron and past the door blocked by the enormous boulder. Continue up the linear path toward the end where you will find the large entrance to the Goron City. Goron City is a relatively open and active place, perhaps not so much at the moment, but soon. There are a few things to do while you are here, the first of which is to launch yourself off the edge at the top here and land way down at the bottom of the city. Note that there is kind of a rug thing in front of the door to the north, stand on this rug and use your Fairy Ocarina. Play Zelda's Lullaby to open this large door. Head inside the room and speak with the leader of the Gorons, Darunia. After speaking with him, stand in front of the large Goron and play Saria's Song. The Goron will be so happy that you played the song, and offers the Spiritual Stone of Fire if you head for the Dodongo's Cave and rid it of all the monsters. He also gives you the GORON'S BRACELET which will allow you to pick up bombs from Bomb Flowers and use them. Equip a Deku Stick, something you likely haven't used in awhile and use one of the torches in Darunia's Room to set it on fire. Exit this room and just outside, run around <b>...</b>
Snowhead Temple without Goron Mask (TAS)
My main motivation to do this was to look for new strategys and to see, how good I'm at optimizing stuff ;) Block skip could have been executed better, but it's good as it is. I decided to kill the ice enemy with a bombchu to be able to activate a forward infinite superslide from it, what looks cool and saves some time. Scarecrow Song Skip was a pain in the ass. It took me about 2-3 hours to figure out the perfect positions and camera angles for it. The outcome of it is perfect. I tryed to use a Hyper Infinite Superslide instead of the Recoil Flip over to the second ramp, but some weird game physics made this impossible. I did Wizrobe battle with 2 jumpslashes instead of 2 arrows, what doesn't cost time, but it skips equipping the bow. I wonder, why I didn't have the idea before :/ I had a great idea for the Snowball section: By using a well placed Bombchu, I'm able to blow up both snowballs with it and gain a HISS from it. The speed of the HISS allowed me to clip past the Snowball ;) Petrie did the Mega Flip past the gap pretty sub-optimal, because using a Bomb Hover in the beginning allows you to reach the other side with only 2 explosive and without the extra bombchu ;) Boss Key Skip was another pain in the ass, because it requieres a perfect position, camera angle and angle on the control stick while mega flipping. Fortunately, I had a lot of luck here, so I was able to do it pretty quickly. As I pulled out the bomb on the first possible frame, I did the Boss Key Skip <b>...</b>

Another Goron City Trick with Superslide and an old Megaflip Trick
This trick is really useful and pretty easy to do with some superslide practice. Superslides are especially really easy as young Link, so a Non-Tas speed run could definately use this. This should save about 5-7 seconds or something. What I did is using a Superslide of a grabable item without having the Goron Bracelet. After Link had slided up the stairs I cancelled the Superslide and Link warped back over the grabable item (I used thr Bomb Flower). Awesome, isn't it? I decided to also show the Megaflip Trick, because there are not many people who know about it.

Me playing "Never gonna give you up" by Rick Astley. This one was kinda hard. Had to do a few takes. This was played on "Zelda: Majoras Mask" by ear using the R,L,Z,A and 'C' buttons on the controller, and contolling the pitch of the notes with the Joystick. Good fun :)
Goron Moon Dungeon Heart Piece: The Easy Way
For all you people who may or may not be having trouble with this. I, for one, have a controller that can only keep Goron Link rolling straight if I really try. You can even see that I am off by the time I get to where I stop. To Bombchu Hover, first lay a Bomb. Now, crouch, stab, and repeatedly press A (or just keep hitting A and B repeatedly). If you time it right, you'll get that little white flash on your sword. Now, backflip, take out a Bombchu, and shield, all within a half second to one second depending on how high/far you want to go. If you are against a wall, you must do this fast or the Bombchu will run down the wall. And yes, I fell.
