
Now that all of the planets are unlocked, Stage 5 selects from a planet normally in Stage 2, 3, or 4, and ramps up the computer player's difficulty. Here, the game gives me Gravitas, which is perfect because I had come up with a strategy for Gravitas (and also Hotted, though that one's a lot harder to do) and I wanted to see how it would work. As it seems, I ended this round with about 90000 points, so it worked wonderfully. You see, the way Gravitas works is that primary ignitions are powerless, but only because Gravitas's intense gravity cancels it out. The secondary ignitions are also powerful and launches the clusters clear off the screen. Thus, to clear Meteos on Gravitas, you must do secondary ignitions. I was wondering what would happen if you made a 5-column ignition on one half of the field, then a 5-column ignition on the other half, and then a third ignition in the middle--would it launch the entire field and trigger a Screen Clear here, which I previously thought was impossible? The answer is yes--yes it does. Combined with Gravitas's natural high scoring potential, it brings Gravitas's score through the roof. If you want to use Gravitas online, I highly recommend you use this strategy to get the point lead on your opponent--and because Gravitas is pretty wide, if your field is sufficiently filled up and you have Gambit activated, it'll result in an avalanche that can fill up your <b>...</b>
