Recorded with my mobile, so the quality's pretty crap at times. And yes, that's me shouting Toshiya like a fanboy at the beginning. You can't see it very well in the vid but Kyo's cut his hair and dyed it black again.

like this show. Not only does it include the ghost stories, but it is very educational. It tells the stories of the people who haunt the cities they talk about, and about the encounters with the ghosts or paranormal activity. It is a very interesting show. And the ghosts are very realistic

A short video regarding the Execution of Lady Jane Grey on 12th February 1554, and the historical controversy that has surrounded it. 'The Tower of London, a Historical Romance', a popular novel from 1840, fed a lot of the untruths surrounding Jane's imprisonment. The famous painting of the Execution of Lady Jane Grey, by Paul Delaroche, became a fascinating focal point for this vast interest in Lady Jane, but how accurate is his depiction? Despite the location and costuming being wildly inaccurate, Delaroche captures the essence of that event. The clips inserted are from the film 'Lady Jane' -- (another very inaccurate version of her story) however the execution was completed with some accuracy. I own nothing, no copyright infringement intended. Hope you enjoy!

Short clip on the graffiti in the Tower of London and attempts to make the engravings accessible to the public. Despite the popular tale that the inscription 'Jane' refers to Jane Grey, this may be incorrect. The name may refer to John Dudley's wife, and Guildford Dudley's mother, Jane. The idea that Guildford wrote this for his wife was mentioned by Agnes Strickland, a nineteenth-century historian, who did not supply the source of her information. If by Guildford, then it could have been for his mother, who he was apparently close to.

In our 'See Britain' film, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson DBE talks about her experiences as a disabled person in the UK, and comments on how far the country has come in 35 years by providing disabled facilities and improving access. She says "The 2012 Games will showcase what the UK has achieved for disabled people both on and off the track" and that the UK today demonstrates what an inclusive society can look like. The Foreign Office has launched the film to marks two years to go until the London 2012 Paralympic Games on 29 August. Simon Faithfulls Escape Vehicle no.6 started as a live event commissioned by The Arts Catalyst for its 2004 Artists Airshow. The live audience witnessed the launching of a weather balloon with a domestic chair dangling in space beneath it. Once the apparatus had disappeared into the sky, they then watched a live video relay from the weather balloon on a giant screen as it journeyed from the ground to the edge of space (30km up). Now presented as a non-live video work, the footage shows the chair first rush away from the fields and roads, ascend through clouds and finally (against the curvature of the earth and the blackness of space) begin to disintegrate. The chilling nature of the film is that the empty chair invites the audience to imagine taking a journey to an uninhabitable realm where it is impossible to breath, the temperature is minus 60 below and the sky now resembles the blackness of space.
