Arthur Everett Scholl (24 December 1931 -- 16 September 1985) was an American aerobatic pilot, aerial cameraman, flight instructor and educator based in Southern California. He died during filming of Top Gun when his Pitts S-2 camera plane never recovered from a flat spin and plunged into the Pacific Ocean. Scholl's last words were "I have a problem — I have a real problem." The cause of the crash was a flat spin, which in normal situations, should not have been a problem for the experienced pilot. Chicago, the much anticipated gun rights decision, holding that states are required to respect the individual right to possess arms that was the subject of last year's decision in Heller. In a 5-4 decision, Justice Samuel Alito concluded that the Fourteenth Amendment requires states and local governments to respect this right. This game gives me horrid framerate issues in regular 16 player rooms, so I've been playing 8 player DM since it is less of an issue there. In this game I actually had pretty decent framerate the whole game. Due to having more health than a COD type of shooter, this game is very dependent on 2 things: gun skill and strategy. Since I can't teach you gun skill, I figured I would let you in on my thought process as I play so you can better understand some of my decision making. As of the time this was uploaded I have a 97-6 record in DM. It is actually 97-20, but I'm not counting the many times I have searched for a game and it puts me in a room where 1st place already has 15+ or 20+ kills. That happens A LOT on this game. Plus factor in a few times my party searched a team based gametype and it threw us into a DM for some reason, so we backed out and regrouped. I say 97-6 because I have only lost 6 times in games where I didn't enter the game with little chance to win. The opposite of that is true, also. A lot of my wins have been from joining games late and yet still coming back in time to steal the win. Out of those 6 losses all but 1 were to overpowered setups. 2 times to someone abusing the overpowered shotgun plus turret setup. 3 times to someone abusing the ridiculously easy atomizer plus turret setup. Only 1 time has someone beat me with my own gun, the carbine. To <b>...</b>
