Here is one rare vid of the band. The only video I have seen where it is clearly shown that Jon is singing the chorus. The key change at the end was not done here. New: There are audio clips of the band performing this live on youtube where Jon does sing the chorus and the key change, so bootlegs of their "pre vocal strain/steroid shots" days on the SWW tour do exist.
