
An apartament in Poland, Sopot in a three storey building, located at the crossing of Sopot slope and Kamienny Potok valley, 200 metres from the sea and 800 metres from Sopot Grand Hotel. The building in which the apartament is located was built in 1870 and at the time named WILLA STOLZENFELS after the owner's name. It was built in an Italian renessance style with a rectangular tower and a terrace with a vantage point and remained in this form until now after the rebuilding and renovation. In 1904 the house was bought by Hugo Wermingholl and after the reconstruction one of the most famous restaurants in Sopot was opened. The restaurant was included in many tourist guides and was a stable element in Sopot postcards. The restaurant operated until March of 1945. After the WWII the building was once again renovated to become a leisure center and named Krystynka (Polish for Christine). That's where the current name Willa Krystyna comes from. The current image of Willa Krystyna is a mix of style and ellegance. There is a modern lift running from the garage level straight to the apartament. On the underground level recreational rooms such as solarium, sauna, gym and jacuzzi are located. The whole composition is fulfilled by a beautiful garden, a fountain and an outside illumination. The safety is assured by a system of video cameras and a porter.
