Former US President Bill Clinton recently confirmed that he is indeed eating a mainly vegan diet. In the interview, the former president explains the reason behind his decision to go vegan. "I'm trying to be one of those experimenters," said Clinton. "Since 1986, several hundred people who have tried essentially a plant-based diet, not ingesting any cholesterol from any source, has seen their bodies start to heal themselves — break up the arterial blockage, break up the calcium deposits around the heart. 82 percent of the people who have done this have had this result, so I want to see if I can be one of them." Clinton decided to adopt the diet in the early part of May 2010. While he does occasionally eat fish, the former president otherwise follows a strict vegan diet. What made him go vegan? Clinton has read many books on the topic, including books by T. Colin Campbell, Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. Dean Ornish. Although losing weight was a benefit of the dietary change, the choice to go vegan was about more than just losing weight. With time, Clinton could become the most outspoken proponent of a complete vegan diet."

In 1970 University of Kansas professor James Gunn interviewed a series of science fiction authors for his Centron film series "Science Fiction in Literature". This footage from an unreleased film in that series featuring an interview with Rod Serling, which wasn't finished due to problems with obtaining rights to show footage from Serling's work in television. This reconstruction is based on the original workprint footage that was saved on two separate analog sources since the audio track was separate. Re-syncing the footage was a long involved process as the audio track didn't match the film and there was substantial sync drift. While not perfect, there's a lot of interesting information on writing for television in the dialogue with Serling as well as a prophetic statement about his health at the beginning.

Cole addresses the criticism that he should work with more mainstream producers saying he has something to prove about his own production. it's french interview she made at cannes so here translation i made for you (i hope it's ok i did my best) the end of LOST So i think for the end, the fans will be react differently, it's something related to the show, and always people are attracted of mystery and it will continue this way, you can't satisfy everyone, and there is not a simply answer on LOST, it's the theme of show. I didn't hope or have an idea what I wanted the show to end but i can say the writers said there is always a plan and we have an ideas where we wanted the show to go and it wasn't a joke. it's true.(laugh) you can see the plan it was always here. the last kate's scene It was really a beautiful scene, it was an emotional scene. I saw it already because i was here when they were recordering the music for the show and i cried, cried, it was something very emotional like you can see it's 'cause it was my life which was organized around this show for 6 years but i think the fans will be also emotional. Will Kate miss you ? Oh yes, i think it was strange because you became your character so for me it was interesting, it's already interesting 'cause i'm letting go of her, the set is over, so kate is over too. it's like losing a part of your spirit or a very close friend but it's also freedom 'cause having always kate so close it was hard (here i don't understand but she mean having her in her personnal life) so it's exciting.

The main reason I thought the Phelps would be fun would be a passage in Luke (also in another gospel I think), where Jesus is describing the end times. Two men in a bed! Jesus says you can get raptured if you are two men in one bed! I also listen to a load of xian radio going across country, and I could make such a great gay sermon from this. 'Remember Lotts Wife! This is clearly a reference to not looking back, and the very next line is about two men in a bed. Jesus is quite clear about his choice of sexes here, he could have said a man and his wife, he could have said a mother and her child, but no, its two men in ONE bed, ONE bed, signifying the one-ness of the two men... etc etc'. This is always what bugs me when people start blathering about being 'scholarly' in Christianity. I've listened to the scholars, and yes of the stupidity they issue forth, this (two men in ONE bed) comment wouldn't even register above the noise! Anyway bear in mind it was just an idea, and that I had driven from Columbus to Kansas city the previous day, and had no time to prepare at all. They were very courteous when they greeted me, Megan and Megan, one young and pretty, the other as ugly as her opinions. Composed of thin, English-born Stan Laurel (1890--1965) and heavy, American-born Oliver Hardy (1892--1957) they became well known during the late 1920s to the mid-1940s for their work in motion pictures; the team also appeared on stage throughout America and Europe. The two comedians first worked together on the film The Lucky Dog. After a period appearing separately in several short films for the Hal Roach studio during the 1920s, they began appearing in movie shorts together in 1926. Laurel and Hardy officially became a team the following year, and soon became Hal Roach's most lucrative stars. Among their most popular and successful films were the features Sons of the Desert (1933), Way Out West (1937), and Block-Heads (1938) and the shorts Big Business (1929), Liberty (1929), and their Academy Award-winning short, The Music Box (1932). The pair left the Roach studio in 1940, then appeared in eight "B" comedies for 20th Century Fox and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer from 1941 to 1945. Disappointed in the films in which they had little creative control, from 1946 to 1950 the team did not appear on film and concentrated on their stage show, embarking on a musical hall tour of England, Ireland and Scotland.
