This room is located on the 2 smaller towers that stick out of the main hotel building. So though these rooms only go up until the 22nd floor or so, they offer a unique 180° view of the strip. So besides a great view on the Bellagio fountains, you can see up until the Mandalay Bay on the south and The Mirage up north.
