Ah - That's what it says on her tongue. It says "ah." She took her doctor literally, apparently? Unfortunately, the video didn't really agree with subtitling, and the constant old film effect messing up my video's quality just made it worse. I'd actually sorta recommend just listening to it and reading the lyrics from my site or something, but whatever you prefer. Or you can watch the unofficial PV which is really well done. (And yes, the tracks at the end spell "Lynne.") www.nicovideo.jp "Rinne" is a word for samsara, the endless cycle of rebirth in Buddhism. Hence "neverending lifelynne." It could also be short for "linear" or possibly related to "line" (in the train-related sense). In Japan, cicadas represent summer, so it's probably referring to the end of summer. Of course, cicadas are sometimes also seen as symbols of rebirth... Even Hachi admitted that this song (at least, I'm assuming he was talking about this song way back when) is kinda... more emo than usual. Oh well.
