Heia in den Bergen sung by Carla Maffioletti

Andre Rieu his orchestra and Choir and the soprano Carla Maffioletti (Brazil) sings Heia in den Bergen from the operette Csardasfurstin. Hannover Dec. 31, 2004 Composer: Emmerich Kallmann From: André Rieu New Years Eve Hannover, 2004 --- Lyrics in German Heia, heia.

From: New Years Eve Punch or (Silvester Punsch 2004, In German) Composer: Amanda McBroom (USA) --- Lyrics The Rose in English --- Some say love, it is a river that drowns the tender reed. Some say love, it is a razor that leaves your soul to bleed. Some say love, it is a hunger, an endless aching need. I say love, it is a flower, and You its only seed. It's the heart, afraid of breaking, that never learns to dance. It's the dream, afraid of waking, that never takes a chance. It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give. And the soul, afraid of dyin', that never learns to live

A dedication to Il bella di saprano Carla Maffioletti

This is a dedication to the Angel here on earth Carla Maffioletti. Carla Maffioletti (born c.1980 in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil) is a Brazilian opera singer Carla Maffioletti. She was born in the largest city in southern Brazil; a port town on Guaíba River. She came to the attention of André Rieu who hired her as a vocalist with his Johann Strauss Orchestra. In addition to global touring with the orchestra, Maffioletti has performed as a soloist on several of Rieu's albums and has appeared in his PBS television broadcasts in the United States. Her beauty and voice has caught both my ears and my heart. Something about her eyes and passion, intrigues me. So I had to show the world my fascination with her. Music is Yngwie Malmsteen Guardian Angel off his 2006 Unleash the Fury LP.
