This song is from the not very much known group from Great Britian known as Second Hand. They were very obscure, even during the time in which the album that this song is featured on came out. The name of that masterpiece is Reality. This song, among other released by them, has very good pacing along with lyrics. Listen to it from beginning to end to understand their excellent pacing, as it gets more intense until the end of the song. They were considered a psych group by many, and even starred in a movie in 1971 titled Death May Be Your Santa Claus, which is also obscure in itself.
