Thanksgiving Day 2010 a Humpback Whale was feeding in the mouth of Manasquan Inlet - Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. This video was made as we returned from a great day of Striped Bass fishing aboard the Cock Robin party fishin boat. The time was about 1:00 pm. Mother Nature is AWESOME!

A video of late fall trout fishing on the Manasquan River, New Jersey. There are supposed to be sea-run brown trout in this river. Kind of the way Bigfoot is supposed to be in the Pine Barrens, I guess.

Carolyn hooks into a beautiful 6 pound summer fluke off the Manasquan Inlet, NJ in the Atlantic Ocean. This was her first ever fluke and it happened to be a whopper. It measured in at 26.5" and estimated at 6-7 pounds (did not have official scale and best guessing based on length, visual, guide's eye and online estimator. A fluke is very similar to a flounder and halibut. Take a look at the great pics after the fight on video. Note the chompers this big momma had! Fish was kept and had for dinner. It was delicious.

Apologies in advance for the bad focus, I was being accosted by others and didn't realize the AF was set incorrectly. There was also water on the lens, which doesn't help. Manasquan and other shore towns parade their apparatus into town prior to the Thanksgiving parade and bonfire.
