The Final Mass of St. Pio of Pietrelcina (Padre Pio) celebrated in the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie on September 22, 1968, the day before his death. Padre Pio was born Francesco Forgione on May 25, 1887 in Pietrelcino, Italy. Raised in a pious Catholic family, Francesco entered the friary in 1903 and one year later received the Capuchin habit, taking the name Pio. He was ordained a priest and transferred to several sites until 1916, when he arrived in San Giovanni Rotondo, where he remained for the last 52 years of his life. Padre Pio is admired for his fervant love of Christ and the Virgin Mary and is known as the great mystic of modern times. He experienced a wide variety of supernatural abilities and miraculous events including: the reading of souls; prophecy; bilocation (being in two places at once); the odor of sanctity; discernment of spirits; living on very little sleep; miraculous healings; personal visits from Jesus and Mary; and daily communication with his guardian angel. Padre Pio's most famous spiritual gift is the stigmata, which he received in 1918 while praying before a crucifix. He is said to have bled from the five wounds of Christ for the rest of his life, which caused him great suffering and embarrassment. I know most of you are caught up playing Skyrim on various platforms, but the PC version has some cool mods that make it a particularly interesting platform to play on. . Besides the fact that the game looks amazing on PC, you can also do cool things like play in No-Clip mode. The mode allows you to venture beyond imaginary wall boundaries in the game. And what a few individual have discovered using this mode, is quite massive. No, I mean literally massive! The land masses of both Morrowind and Cyrodiil have been discovered. . At the south-eastern corner of Skyrim you'll find Stendarr's Beacon. Overview maps of Tamriel put this a joining point of Skyrim to Morrowind. With some adventuring you'll come up this archway that leads into Morrowind. Once inside the textures and graphics are thinned out but the Red Mountain in the Middle of Vvardenfell is definitely noticeable. . Just past the mountains of Morrowind is the Cyrodiil landmass where you can view the White Gold tower located in the middle of the Imperial City. The replications aren't perfect but they exist! Gamers are already postulating that these areas are perhaps placeholders for future DLC missions, or perhaps they will remain untouched so clever PC modders can develop them as their own. . World Edit Demo - The Quarry I've nicknamed this structure the quarry but this tutorial will teach you ho to create large and spectacular land masses using World Edit for Minecraft. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Step One: To start we are going to make a arch out of stone spheres. We assign a brush to a tool and right click to create stone spheres which we arrange in a large arch. //br sphere stone 5 Defines a brush that creates stone spheres with a radius of 5 Step Two: Now to make the arch more realistic we smooth it using the smooth brush. I use a small brush size because I have more success with it. You really have to play around and undo a bunch to get a clean looking and natural looking arch. It's tricky but if you focus on the tops of the surfaces you will have better luck. Don't try to smooth out the undersides of the arch. It doesn't work well. //br smooth 2 2 Defines a brush which smooths a 2 by 2 area at a time Step Three: Add more stone spheres with the first brush around the arch to make a border of sorts. I left an entrance of sorts to the center, which is where the lake will be. //br sphere stone 5 Defines a brush that creates stone spheres with a radius of 5 Step Four: Smooth the perimeter you built out.
