This recipe will shock you, because of it's ease and how great looking and tasting it comes out. This is a great way to make your friends believe you spent hours in the kitchen, when it really only takes 10-15 minutes. That's what we call quick and easy, we hope you will enjoy! Grilled Pork Tenderloin Medallions Ingredients Pork Tenderloins 2 Each Bacon (low sodium) 10-15 Slices BBQ Rub 1/4 Cups (See Recipe Below) Procedure 1) Pre-heat your grill between 350 - 425°F 2) Slice Tenderloin about every 1 1/2 inches to form medallions; then flatten each medallion slightly, with a mallot; to flatten them out. 3) Wrap each medallion with a slice of bacon and tuck the end of the bacon strip into itself to keep it from sliding off. Gravity was shot in HD with a Canon 5D MKII in and around downtown Phoenix, using available light and features the memorable spaces that dot the Phoenician landscape, including the months old light rail system, Civic Space Park, Phoenix Art Museum and the Clarendon Hotel. The project is the second collaboration for the band and photographer after shooting their album cover. For this project, the lyrics and visuals work in chorus, using the metaphor of gravity to illustrate the isolation, anonymity and stresses of modern city living. The Ocean and the Sun is the third album of the Los Angeles-based progressive rock band, The Sound of Animals Fighting. Rich Balling has stated in interviews that it will be similar to the Tiger and the Duke EP. The band has also gone back to its original number of just four: the Nightingale, the Walrus, the Lynx, and The Skunk. On May the 21st, the band posted a bulletin on Myspace under the title "THE OCEAN AND THE SUN" that said: "the new album, as of yesterday, is finished and mastered. yay!" The album is now confirmed as being released on September 9th, 2008. TSOAF put this up on their Myspace few days ago.
