The Bullit 800 Coupé is based on the Mercedes-Benz C-class. And I must admit that if it wasn't for Marchettino bringing it to my attention, I might have overlooked the damn thing! The one they were presenting was matte black, simple and effective on these type of german cars. Incredibly enough, Brabus engineers managed to increase the Engine's capabilities to an incredible 800 horse power (can you believe this is much more than the LP700 Aventador, F12 Berlinetta or One-77...?). However, it does the 0 to 100 km/h in just 3,7 seconds, which isn't that good. However, the top speed of 370 km/h is quite impressive for such a massive car. The best part of the car for me had to be the carbon fiber wing in the back. It was just so graceful and perfect for this kind of car, emphasizing on its powerful and brute sides. A car with these performances without a wing just wouldn't seem right. Price tag? 450000 euros. The first generation W202 C-Class was introduced in 1993, as a replacement for the Mercedes-Benz W201 (190), and proved immensely popular, quickly becoming Mercedes-Benz's best-selling class of vehicles worldwide. Much of its popularity was accredited to the lower pricing point, when compared to other Mercedes-Benz models. The C-Class sedan was the company's entry-level model up until 1997, when Mercedes launched the A-Class supermini. Styling themes were carried over from the previous W201 series, but the new series had a smoother and rounder design than the previous generation of compact Mercedes. On its debut, the C-Class was the only Mercedes model with a complete lineup of multivalve engines. The new family of four cylinder petrol units, called M111, debuted in the C 180 (1.8 L, 122 PS (120 hp/90 kW)), C 200 (2.0 L, 136 PS (134 hp/100 kW) and C 220 (2.2 L, 150 PS (148 hp/110 kW), the only four cylinder of the range sold in the US). In 1996 the C 220 was replaced by the C 230, enlarged to 2.3 L displacement but with the same output, although with torque increased to 220 N•m (162 ft•lbf). . The top of the range was the C 280, with a four-valve-per-cylinder straight-6 engine, capable of reaching 193 PS (190 hp/142 kW). Four cylinder diesel models were equipped with the same OM601 engine of the 190, in the 2.0 L and 2.2 L versions. The Mercedes C-Class Coupe comes in 3 different trim levels: the base C250 Coupe, the C350 Coupe, and the awesome C63 AMG Coupe. The C-Class also offers a couple of sedan trims but it's the sport coupe models that are the most popular. No matter which Coupe trim level you pick; the cars all benefit from the sporty AMG look. The big news is that the C250 comes with a turbocharged 1.8 liter engine. This is the first time in over a decade that Mercedes-Benz has offered a 4-cylinder engine. This little peppy engine produces over 200 horsepower while getting 21 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway. The Mercedes C350 Coupe gets a direct injected 3.5 liter V-6 that puts out 302 horsepower and 273 lb-ft. of torque. The C350 gets 19 MPG in the city and 28 MPG on the highway. And finally for the power hungry there is the C63 AMG model. This monster 6.2 liter V-8 engine puts out 481 horsepower and 442 lb-ft. of torque while managing 13 MPG in the city and 19 MPG on the highway. The current Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe may be too large to rightfully compete with the likes of the BMW 3 Series and Audi A5, but the Silver Arrow is rectifying that with the new-for-2012 C-Class Coupe -- a revival of the old CLK, if you will. Aside from the slightly lower roofline and the removal of two doors, the C Coupe is exactly like its newly redesigned sedan brethren. There are three powertrains on tap, including a new 201-horsepower 1.8-liter turbocharged inline-four in the C250 and the direct-injected, 304-hp V6 in the range-topping C350. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a luxury compact car produced by the Mercedes Car Group division of Daimler AG. The surfaces of the controls are more finely detailed and feature a metallic finish. The stepped hood of the instrument binnacle now extends to incorporate the central display and runs onward into the passenger side enhanced by a subtle character line. The central, trapezoidal air vents and the outer circular vents are accentuated with metallic trim elements. Central to the design of the new dashboard is a prominent trim panel. This element stretches from the central air vents along the passenger side to the outer air vent, adding visual width to the interior. The surface grain on the top portion of the dashboard continues along the upper edges of the door panels. The new-generation center console is distinguished by its rectangular silver keys and emphasizes the premium feel of the interior in combination with matte keys, high-gloss surfaces and a new knurled control knob. Together with the new- generation telematics, the restyled C-Class also receives a new instrument binnacle with integrated display. The new car is based on the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupé, which was launched worldwide in the summer of 2011, and is the first DTM car from Mercedes-Benz to be built around a new, improved safety concept, developed in collaboration with the ITR eV, the DMSB (Germany's motor racing governing body) and the DTM manufacturers. The new car incorporates a state-of-the-art carbon fibre monocoque with a roll cage made of high-strength steel. Moreover, each vehicle is equipped with six energy-absorbing crash structures, giving the driver additional protection to the front, rear and sides. Live demonstration of the latest generation COMAND navigation system in the 2012 C-Class Coupe (C350). Voice recognition seems noticeably better than in my 2008 C-Class sedan while the inflection in the navigation voice has been altered to be more human and realistic. Add in the Sirius traffic built in and you have one killer navigation solution, all integrated from the manufacturer! Awesome stuff.
