Another day, another Trident Aegis review... this time for the Motorola DROID Bionic. Due to the fact that the Bionic has a good line up of brand names cases already out, the Aegis has an uphill battle in terms of impressing those savvy with accessories for smartphones. To those unfamiliar with the Aegis case - there's little to dislike about it. It's a durable 2 layer case, it comes in 5 really nice colors, it has a screen protector, and it's reasonably priced. That being said, we think it comes down to a simple matter of aesthetics and personal choice. If you like the way the Aegis looks - just buy it.

We end the marathon of accessory reviews for the Motorola DROID Bionic with the big daddy of them all - the Otterbox Defender. The Defender has everything you want in a durable case - including a screen protector that's already built in, a skeleton that's made of polycarbonate, and a thick outer silicone skin layer with dust covers and button covers for the phone. The Defender rounds things out with a very durable metal hinge belt clip holster that doubles as a kickstand - and there's little else to not like about Defender outside of it's overall size.

Incipio's Silicrylic for the Motorola DROID Bionic is a 2 layer silicone / polycarbonate shell case with screen protector. It's the standard issue offering from Incipio and is a nice choice for anyone who want's a fairly protective cover that's stylish at the same time. We weren't too excited about the Silicrylic as we were with the Feather cover from Incipio, but that's not to dismiss the case as being bad in any way. The best way to summarize the Silicrylic is that it has a lot of competition at the moment.

Droid Bionic Review Everyone knows that the Droid Bionic was long overdue by the time it landed in September, though the $300 contract price sent some people running to the hills regardless. Meanwhile, others found this Moto handset's dual-core 1 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, 4.3-inch qHD display and 4G/LTE support impossible to resist. So is this top-of-the-line Android phone worth the hype? Well, long story short, it has tremendous call quality and signal (at least where I am), great battery life and snappy performance. So I'm impressed with this handset — so much that I'll even say that I could use this as my daily driver (and I have, for about the last three weeks).
