In the meantime, we'd like to put the spotlight on our favorite SYTYCD couple, Napoleon and Tabitha. Here are three reasons why we love this choreography duo... Number one They're college sweethearts! Tabitha and Napoleon may have grown up on opposite coasts of the country, but fate brought them together when they met at the University of Nevada in the early '90s. By April of 1998, the happy couple were saying "I do." Awww. Number two: They pioneered lyrical hip-hop! Nappytabs is recognized for their unique approach to hip-hop, labeled "lyrical hip-hop" by judge Adam Shankman. Their style really picked up steam via its exposure on the show, and is characterized by more fluid movement and storytelling, usually set to down-tempo R&B tunes. Number three: They're fashionistas! Not only did Napoleon and Tabitha introduce us to their lyrical hip-hop style, they gave us even more style when they started the first-ever line of hip-hop specific apparel.
