"Colors Of An Orchestra"

I decided to upload this one again in a better sound quality. It also gave me a chance to exchange the previous ugly artwork of the old version. I mainly used East West Symphonic Orchestra here and wanted to archive a more classical organic feel.

Arnold Schoenberg - Five Pieces for Orchestra, I-III

Five Pieces for Orchestra, Op. 16 (1909) I. Vorgefühle (Sehr rasch) II. Vergangenes (Mässige Viertel) III. Farben (Mässige Viertel) IV. Peripetie (Sehr rasch) V. Das obligate Rezitativ (Bewegte Achtel) The Cleveland Orchestra Christoph von Dohnányi After breaking new musical ground with the remarkable Three Pieces for piano, Op. 11 of 1909, Arnold Schoenberg set out to apply the same untamed language to a larger instrumental texture. The resulting Fünf Orchesterstücke (Five Pieces for Orchestra), Op. 16 from later in the same year are something entirely unprecedented in the orchestral tradition; Schoenberg's dense counterpoint and extreme chromaticism demand that the ensemble be treated in a way that gives little thought to the hallowed symphonic tradition that Schoenberg knew so well and, despite his revolutionary innovations, loved so dearly. At his publisher's request, Schoenberg added titles to each of the five pieces (later removed from most editions) in an effort to soften the blow that the works would deliver to unsuspecting audiences. A diary entry from 1912, however, attests to the great reluctance with which he did this, and reveals his effort to find the least revealing titles that he possibly could! And so we find the first work of the group labeled as "Premonitions." To say that this first piece (labeled Sehr rasch [very fast]) is tumultuous does not adequately capture the explosive effect that it had on players and listeners of the day: a series of repeated ...

Hey everyone! Ok, so this is the recording of my first ever live perfomance in front of an audience - ahhh! lol. The orchestra was amazing, unfortunately the sound quality of this doesn't show you just how amazing they were. I hope you enjoy it! I added a bit from afterwards, where my Dad (he was the compere for the concert) decided he would play the embarrassing father role! hehe.

Kat Von D Metal Orchestra Palette Review

My HONEST opinion on the Kat Von D Metal Orchestra Palette. Rating: ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ Pros: pretty colors, blends well, the matte black (lucifer) is great, beautiful packaging Cons: chalky texture, colors fade even with a primer and base, alot of fallout, colors are very sheer, too pricey for the quality, minimal pigmentation, terrible color payoff

Les Humphries in Concert - Kurt Gäble (Sasd Concert Wind Orchestra live)

Sasd Concert Wind Orchestra Live Concert Records - Conference Hall of Kaposszekcso Innovation Center 2008.04.28. Check us on Facebook: www.facebook.com The Les Humphries Singers was a 1970s musical group formed in Hamburg, Germany in 1969[1] by the English born Les Humphries (born John Lesley Humphreys, 10 August 1940, in Croydon, Surrey, England - died 26 December 2007, in Basingstoke, Hampshire, England), who had been inspired to do his own version of the Edwin Hawkins Singers. The Les Humphries Singers dissolved at the end of the 1970s, after Humphries had left due to tax liabilities to his English homeland, Alton, Hampshire. In his later years, Humphries led a quiet life in London. In March 2008, the German newspaper Bild reported his death on 26 December 2007 in a London hospital.[2]

Milo Meets Chroma (Rainbow Orchestra Scene from Phantom Tollbooth)

My favorite scene of this awesomely psychedelic movie. The film was intended to teach us the importance about everyday things like letters, words, numbers, shapes, music, as well as common virtues. Very insightful and thought-provoking, I recommend everyone see this film at least once.

The colors of Earth (Perpetuum Mobile- Penguin Cafe Orchestra)

mirage jazz orchestra

Mirage Jazz Orchestra' emerged on the jazz scene of Latvia in January 2004. Two passionate jazz musicians trombonist Lauris Amantovs together with the saxophonist Deniss Pashkevich decided to form a big band. Active and creative rehearsals have brought them appreciation of their music among jazz lovers across the country. The orchestra unites the very best Latvian Jazz musicians. Just to name a few piano player Madars Kalnins, who is also an acclaimed composer, arranger and the leader of other jazz units.. Another distinguished band member is the trumpeter Ülo Ussenko who has been the leading trumpet player for many years in the famous Latvian Radio Big band just like the honorable alto sax player Ivars Birkāns, trumpet player Zigurds Linde. The repertoire is comprised of modern jazz compositions. December 2004 was a new turn for the band as the young vocalist Intars Busulis the winner of international competitions and Jazz Awards including Grand Prix of Sony Jazz Stage 2004 and the Grand Prix of the Singers' Contest 'Novaya Volna 2005' joined the band. The most valuable gain to the band has been their close cooperation with the legendary trumpet player, arranger and composer, Europe wide distinguished musician Gunars Rozenbergs. His skillfully formed arrangements make the orchestra sound in ever-new colors. It is hard to believe they are not a full big band cast. The Mirage orchestra has performed at Klaipeda Jazz Festival 2005 in Lithuania, 'Rigas Ritmi 2005' festival ...
