Since their inception, the band's line-up has included drummer Danny Carey, guitarist Adam Jones, and vocalist Maynard James Keenan. This is the second video with the 55.7" Parabolic Dish. The water boiled in 90 Seconds from 50F. The container is a Venom Energy Drink made out of thicker gauge Aluminum. I added some black paint to the back but kept the from because it is a cool design. The drink was too sweet for me:-) This dish was slightly damaged so I softened the dents and corrected the surface. This dish is operating at full strength even with the slight damage. It was like that when I got it. I decided to test this one incase something happened that way I did not damage a near perfect dish. This one also has a center hole for mounting.

VACUUM TUBE goo.gl PARABOLIC MIRROR goo.gl This is a 29" solar parabolic mirror made our of formed UV resistant acrylic from a parabola design. The vacuum tube is double walled borosilicate (Pyrex) glass that is crystal clear on the outer portion and an absorber layer is deposited on the inner portion. The inner portion contains a vacuum that insulates like a traditional thermos and allows for quick heat buildup, without losing a lot of heat into the surround atmosphere. The FOCAL POINT of the mirror is optimal just beyond the water container to prevent damage to the inner layer and also a wider FOCAL PATTERN provides a larger surface area for more efficient heat transfer.
