X-NAVI:ET PSR 0833 (Vela Pulsar) For sounds of the pulsar, analog filtermachine, drones from digital drummer and effects. Performed and recorded in Eter Studio, October 2009. The piece from upcoming album "Voices of The Cosmos" (split cooperation of Electric Uranus & X-NAVI:ET) Rafal Iwanski (aka X-naVI:et) is a percussionist and electronic sound artist. Performing as X-naVI:et, he presents electroacoustic-space-drone-music, a unique combination of analog electronic sound generators and filter machines with acoustic instruments and field/found recordings. R. Iwanski is the enduring member and co-founder of the group HATI, whose improvised music employs the sounds of traditional ethnic instruments and found or re-cycled objects to create ritual and meditative atmospheres. He has collaborated live with Jeff Gburek (+ studio), Joke Lanz/SUDDEN INFANT, IDIOSYNCRASIA (Phill Maggi, Yannick Franck) and others. Remington's new M24E1 (XM2010) and MSR (SOCOM PSR Project Gun)
Remington's new XM2010, winner of the Army contract to replace the M24 Sniper rifle, has been designated the M24E1. It still uses a Rem 700 action, but virtually everything else is changed, starting with a metal chassis with folding adjustable buttstock. A Leupold Scope is part of the system as adopted by the US Army. An even more impressive rifle is the new multi-caliber MSR (Modular Sniper Rifle), Remington's entry into the SOCOM PSR contract competition. The MSR features a new beefy Titanium action, combined with rail-equipped fore-arm, night-vision ready. The MSR is designed for use with a Suppressor and it can be delivered in .308 Win, .300 Win Mag, or .338 Lapua Magnum.

Multi Track Recording Yamaha PSR 900
The manual that come with the Yamaha PSR 900 is a little difficult to understand. By watching this video I hope you will be able to better understand the manual's description of how to perform multi track recording on your Yamaha PSR s 900 keyboard. You can find this description on page 149. Here are the basic steps. 1. Press the RECORD button and the STOP button at the SAME TIME. This will bring up the MAIN screen. 2. Look at the bottom of the MAIN screen. You should see channels 1 through 16. They should all be turned ON. 3. Select the VOICE or INSTRUMENT that you want to record into track or channel ONE. 4. Press the EXIT key to return back to the MAIN screen. 5. SET UP YOUR METRONMOME. Increase or decrease the tempo so that it will match your recording when you get ready to record. 6. Press the RECORD button with your left hand first. Once the RECORD button is held down reach over with your right hand and press TRACK ONE button. This will arm track one for recording. It will also bring up a sub window. The sub window allows you to choose RIGHT 1, RIGHT 2, LEFT, PAD, MIDI, and so on. Keep it simple....JUST CHOOSE RIGHT 1. 7. Start your metronome. 8. Press the PLAY button to begin recording. I always let the metronome click about 8 clicks before I start. After 8 clicks start playing the music on track one. This will give you a good lead in for future tracks. 9. When you finish TRACK ONE, press the STOP button in the recorder section located at the left of your keyboard <b>...</b>

My Way played on the Yamaha PSR-S900
My version of the wonderful classic "My Way" played on the Yamaha PSR-S900. "My Way" is an English version of a French song. The English lyrics were written by Paul Anka and popularized by Frank Sinatra on his album My Way. The melody is that of the French song "Comme d'habitude" composed by Claude François and Jacques Revaux. Anka's English lyrics are unrelated to the original French by Claude François and Gilles Thibaut. The lyrics of "My Way" tell the story of a man who is nearing death. As he reflects on his life, he has few regrets for how he lived it, saying that, as he reviews the challenges hes faced, he is comfortable with and takes responsibility for how he dealt with all the ups and downs of his life while maintaining a respectable degree of integrity. Paul Anka heard the original 1967 French pop song, Comme d'habitude performed by Claude Francois with music by Jacques Revaux and lyrics by Gilles Thibault, while on holiday in the south of France. He flew to Paris to negotiate the rights to the song. In a 2007 interview, he said: "I thought it was a bad record, but there was something in it." He acquired publishing rights at no cost and, two years later, had a dinner in Florida with Frank Sinatra and "a couple of Mob guys" at which Sinatra said he was "quitting the business. I'm sick of it, I'm getting the hell out". Back in New York, Anka re-wrote the original French song for Sinatra, subtly altering the melodic structure and changing the lyrics: "At one o <b>...</b>
