"Andean Samba", tune on the Yamaha PSR-S500

Original music piece on the Yamaha PSR-S500. Not the best sound but I thought I'd push out the video anyway. Rhythm is Latin 005 (Salsa). This piece is not much, but I'm interested in learning what other people have done with monster Yamaha keyboards. Give me your links! Sorry for the mess in the house. I wasn't expecting company...

"Transfer Orbit", original gentle electronic tune on the Yamaha PSR-S500

Music-only video. It used to be that YouTube was not in stereo by default but now they are, so no special tricks are needed to get the full sound. Gentle ambient electronic music piece I composed on the Yamaha PSR-S500. I made use of sequence files from the Cubasis VST 3.0 music editor library, which I believe to be copyright- and royalty-free, run with PSR-S500 voices. I don't think they support Cubasis any more, but you can buy the parent program Cubase from the Steinberg Co. Great things start to happen if you hook up your music keyboard to your computer and a music editor. You save the output of your keyboard as MIDI, manipulate it in the editor, then feed it back to the keyboard and record the resulting audio to bake a CD-ROM with. It pops out of your computer like a muffin pops out of an Easy-Bake Oven; and it amazes your friends! A good starting-point for making your own music might be the book HOME RECORDING FOR MUSICIANS...FOR DUMMIES! If I can do it, any fool can do it!
