Prakash, Pony's starry reception!
It was a starry starry wedding night for South star Prakash Raj and Bollywood choreographer Pony Verma. Director Priyadarshan with family was the first to arrive and exit as he wished the couple well. Rani Mukerji too made a dazzling entry in her ethnic avatar with flashbulbs dancing around her. "They look fantastic together. Pony has been very excited and telling me about the developments of her marriage for a long time. I'm very happy for her and wish both of them well," Rani told us. Prakash and Pony, flanked by Pony's brother Jatish and his wife Preeti, looked beautiful in her marriage outfit. The two were overwhelmed to see so many of their friends, even from the South Indian industry, coming down to wish them. Speedster Sreesanth was seen bonding with the couple for a long time. We also spotted head turner Aarti Chhabria who made a party entry after a long time. Govinda dropped by with daughter Narmada and cracked a couple of one liners leaving the couple in splits while Sridevi came in with Boney Kapoor. Tabu, who's in town to probably attend shaadis (she was present at Ruhan Mahendra Kapoor's daughter's wedding on Tuesday) made heads turn too. Newbie Yuvika Chaudhry, choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant, producer Ratan Jain and many others also dropped by. International singer Taz decided to go desi as we spotted him coming to the venue in a rented cab along with his friends.
