
Queen, The Script, Peter Frampton, Fraser T. Smith & more honored at 2011 BMI London Awards. BMI celebrated the European and Asian songwriters, composers and music publishers behind the past year's most-performed songs on US radio and television during its annual London Awards at Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane on October 4. Legendary rock band Queen were honored as BMI Icons. The Script's "Breakeven," written by Andrew Frampton (PRS), Daniel O'Donoghue (PRS/IMRO) and Mark Sheehan (PRS/IMRO) and published by BMG Chrysalis (PRS), earned the BMI Robert S. Musel Award for Song of the Year. Taio Cruz's "Break Your Heart," co-written by Fraser T. Smith and published by BMG Chrysalis (PRS), garnered the College Song of the Year win.
