Here w/ my video from the Sound Check Demi did prior to the first show of her 2011 Unbroken Tour last night @ FOX Theatre in Detroit, MI. By far, one of the most genuinely caring, generous, & humble people I know - especially in regards to the Lovatics. She sang My Love Is Like A Star, Fix A Heart (which she hadn't sung before in front of a live audience), and a medley of Get Back, Here We Go Again, & La La Land. During the medley, she brought 2 girls, Bailey & Madison, onstage who sang along her. Following that, she took questions from the fans - including a mother whose daughter was suffering from many of the same issues Demi herself & a group of girls who started a movement called Fearlessly Beautiful. This was one of the most memorable nights for me, Demi gave one of the best live performances I've ever had the opportunity to see. From start to finish, the show was non-stop energy & excitement and one that I'll remember, have memories from for a long time to come. I'm hoping all Lovatics get the chance to see Demi's live show, it's an experience like no other.

The sound engineers needed a sound check with the full band, so because Chad hadn't arrived yet.. Don (Lombardi) suggested that I do the sound check with the band. On Chad's kit.. I was nervous, yes Chad arrived and politely chased me the flip away from his kit, after which the show started. I got to hang out with Chad and the rest of Outernational afterwards, was such an awesome day.
